A Decade of Usability

Usability is still a relatively new term for a vast majority of non-techy people, but for those who are involved with technology, it is playing an increasingly important role in how we think about design. The importance of usability has come from many years’ hard work by a plethora of experts, the most famous of which are Jakob Nielsen, Don Norman and Bruce Tognazinni who collectively founded the Norman Nielsen Group (opens in a new browser window).
