Second Pair of Eyes
We realise that you might not always need a full-time Information Architect for some projects but that it would still be very useful to have one nearby to answer those tricky questions. A Second Pair of Eyes offers just that: a retainer service that allows you to contact us with any quick usability queries and we will respond the same day, usually within an hour or two.
What kind of queries? Well, anything from a quick question such as which colours to avoid using on action buttons, highlighting any issues with a registration form or sense-checking your design ideas. We will reply with a one or two page response with the relevant information and an example or reference to support our thinking. We will always have more than one consultant looking at your query so it’s even more than a second pair of eyes.
